Parts used - Flowers Ingredients: Pure Rosemary Essential Oil Properties: Analgesic, Anti-Depressant, Astringent, Stimulant Benefits: • Rosemary essential oil stimulates the brain and increases our memory, thus clearing our mind • It helps with Headaches, Migraines and Mental Fatigue • It is very useful for water retention problems during menstruation and also for Obesity • It is useful in treatment of asthma, sinus, Bronchitis etc • It has stimulating action on scalp disorders and encourages hair growth • Also very good for skin problems like acne, eczema, dermatitis Package: Aluminum bottle with inner coating suitable for essential oils. Quantity: 50gm. Directions to Use: Do not use Essential oils directly on the skin without diluting with desired carrier oils almond, olive, jojoba, apricot-kernel, hazelnut etc as they are highly concentrated and can harm your skin. People with sensitive skin should perform patch test before using these oils. For massage: Dilute essential oil with carrier oils and massage for stressed muscles & joints, cramps and sprains. For bath: For stress and nervous tension, add few drops of oil to a bath tub filled with warm water and get into your tub for at least 20 minutes to help promote deep relaxation. Hair Care: For dry scalp, add few drops of Lavender oil to olive oil/ almond oil and massage into your scalp at night before bed. In addition to your scalp, brush the oil through to the ends of your hair. In the morning, wash and condition your hair as usual. For diffusion: Add few drops of Diffuser oil in host water and place it on a Diffuser oil burner. Alternatively, you can also use Electrical Diffuser oil burners. Skin Care: Take few drops of desired essential oil in preferred carried oil i.e. grapeseed oil/ jojoba oil & gently massage on the desired part of body. For an exotic perfume, combine few drops of oil with olive oil or any other light carrier oil, and apply directly to the skin. Safety Precautions: For external use only. Keep away from children.
