An Amazon Shopping Voucher is a pre-paid instrument (issued by Pine Labs Private Limited) that can be used to purchase physical products from www.amazon.in. An Amazon Shopping Voucher has an expiry of 1 year from the date of activation and cannot be transferred from one Amazon account to another. It can also not be cancelled once it is issued. Amazon Shopping Voucher is INELIGIBLE for the following shopping transactions on & off Amazon:
-Purchase of Kindle eBooks
-Purchase of Digital Content like e-Books, Video Games
-Purchase of Amazon Pay Gift Cards or Adding Money to Amazon Pay Balance
-Purchase of Brand Gift Cards that are designated Semi-Closed Loop(SCLP) Instruments under PPI Master Direction
-Transaction outside of Amazon.in where Amazon Pay is a payment option.
-Transaction on any Amazon Pay Categories including and not limited to(including future Pay categories available on Amazon Pay Dashboard):
-Recharges: Mobile, DTH, Google Play, FastTag, Metro
-Bill Payments
-Ticket Bookings: Flight, Train, Movies, Bus
-Investments & Insurance
-Utilities: Gas Cylinders, Piped Gas, Subscrptions, Cable TV etc.
-Donations
- No replacement / compensation is permissible/payable for lost E - Gift Card purchased from PaisaWapas
- It is the sole responsible of the User to store securely the Gift Card Voucher
- PaisaWapas is not responsible for the lost/misplace/misuse of the Gift Card Voucher.

An Amazon Shopping Voucher has an expiry of 12 months from the date of activation, subject to applicable terms. An Amazon Shopping Voucher cannot be transferred or cancelled once it is issued
Amazon Shopping Vouchers ("Vouchers") are issued by Pine Labs under the brand name of Qwikcilver. Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Vouchers
Beneficiary can apply the 13-digit numeric code on https://www.amazon.in/vouchers and add the voucher balance in his/her Amazon.in account
Amazon Shopping Vouchers must be used only towards the purchase of eligible products on amazon.in
The Vouchers, including any unused Amazon Shopping Voucher balance, expire one year from the date of issuance
Vouchers cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for the cash
Pine Labs, Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (Amazon) or their affiliates are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission

How to Redeem Amazon Shopping Voucher
To Add Voucher to your Amazon Voucher balance follow the below steps:
* Step 1: Visit amazon.in/vouchers or click on the ‘Amazon Vouchers’ icon on the Amazon Pay home page
* Step 2: Click on ‘Claim new’, enter the 13-digit shopping voucher code, and add it to your Amazon account
* Step 3: Add eligible products to the cart and proceed to checkout (Please note that the voucher is only eligible for physical products)
* Step 4: Proceed to the payment page, and click on ‘Your Vouchers’ which will be shown as an option under payment methods.
Amazon Shopping Voucher payment option will not be shown if you have added products from ineligible categories. If the voucher value is not sufficient, you can combine Amazon Pay Balance, credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI with your Amazon shopping vouchers to complete the purchase.
NO RETURN OPTION: Amazon Shopping Vouchers cannot be refunded or returned.
What is the difference between Amazon Shopping Vouchers and Gift Cards?
* Amazon Pay Gift Cards can be redeemed on & off Amazon.in, wherever Amazon Pay Balance is accepted (for example on Amazon.in, third-party merchants, bill payments, etc.)
* Amazon Shopping Vouchers can be redeemed only on Amazon.in, across eligible physical product categories.
Amazon Shopping Voucher is NOT ELIGIBLE for the following
Amazon Shopping Voucher is IN-ELIGIBLE for the following categories/use cases:
* Digital Books such as Kindle-eBooks, audibles, digital test-prep
* Digital Devices such as Alexa, AWS devices
* Digital Subscriptions such as Amazon Music, Mobile Apps. Video game, digital video subscriptions
* Amazon Pay Gift Cards or adding money to Amazon Pay balance
* Brand Gift Cards designated Semi-Closed Loop (SCLP) Instruments
* Amazon Vouchers
* Transaction outside of Amazon.in which Amazon Pay is a payment option
Amazon Shopping vouchers are not eligible for the below transaction on any Amazon Pay category,
