Directions for Use: Spread a thick layer of C-SPA on your whole body or parts of it; for the best results it is recommended to wrap the treated areas with a thin plastic sheet. Leave on for 30 - 40 minutes, then take a warm shower to rinse it off. For aching joints and muscles it is recommended to warm up C-SPA in a microwave or in a water bath before application.
