Portea E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions
The Gift Card shall be redeemable on all Portea services except for Pharmacy and Medical Equipment
The Gift card shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Partial redemption of the card is allowed and balance will remain in the card.
If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
Gift cards bought can’t be returned or refunded.
The Gift card can only be redeemed through the online payment gateway.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
Process to Redeem:
- Call 1800 121 2323 or email bookings@portea.com and book your appointment.
- On confirmation of the appointment the payment link will be sent to your registered email id.
- On the payment page, Click on the tab ‘’ Simplify Health Card’’ and enter your 16 digit Gift Card number for redemption.
- In addition to these Terms and Conditions, Portea’s Gift Card(s) and their use on our website are also subject to Portea's general Terms of Use & Portea's decision will be final in case of any dispute.
Portea may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the changes will apply to any new Portea gift card. Any gift cards that you purchase are for personal and non-commercial use only. The same may be shared with family and friends, but may not be advertised, sold or used as promotional items by the purchaser or anyone else without Portea's prior written consent.
