The e-Gift Card shall be redeemable at 3M Car Care outlets.
Customer can visit www.carcarestores.3mindia.in/Appointent.aspx or call 1800-300-22-300 to book an appointment and redeem the Gift Card at the outlets.
The e-Gift Card is valid for a period of 12 months(365 days) from the date of activation and shall expire if not availed within the validity period.
This e-Gift card can be redeemed for any treatment or product depending on the value loaded onto the card apart from flexi Car packages.
E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed partially.
E-Gift Card is neither transferable nor can be exchanged for Cash/Cheque or any equivalent either in part of in full.
This e-gift card cannot be redeemed for products, packages, films, PSSC treatment and mats.
This e-gift card redemption cannot be clubbed with any other offers.
In case of a damaged Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be issued by Issuer to the end customer, if intimated well within the validity period.
Customer needs to call 1800-300-22-300 and new card will be despatched to customer if the case if found to be genuine, subject to verification.
If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed.
