1. What would you choose apart from music ?
I would have been leading a life full of frustration and depression, if I didn’t had music to my escape. Music is indeed my best medicine and also my best alarm clock.
2. What’s the hardest part about being a musician and what’s the best?
The hardest part about being a musician is that you need a good financial background and also family support to succeed. Luckily, my dad was very supportive and if I am something today then its because of him. Another part is handling the insecurities which creep in with time. If Music is your profession then you cannot expect a fixed monthly salary and sometimes this phase becomes little difficult to handle. The best part is if you are dedicated to music and you love your work, then in return you will lead a very satisfied life. You can overcome huge obstacles easily.
3. What’s your view on the classical music scene at present? Are there any crisis regarding the same?
If anyone wants to learn music then, they need to learn the classical part first because without haaving the knowledge of classical notes, one cannot fully understand music and can never become a good musician.Yes in these days classical music is going through a huge crisis. People like to hear music like EDM, Dubstep, Trap, Hiphop, Pop etc. but no one cares about classical music, many people also don’t actually know what is classical music. If there are two concerts happening at the same time out of which one is a classical music concert and another is hiphop or EDM music, the second one will be more successful, and popular.
4. Some people feel there is no need to record classical music any more, as it’s not that popular anymore. What is your take on this?
Old is always Gold and everybody is well aware about it. Classical music gives you so much peace and it is one of the most ancient form of music. Classical musicians were the pioneers in the music industry. Every night when I listen to legends like Mozart, Beethoven etc I realize they all have this magical power to fill the listeners with some heavenly peace. Please listen to such great artists, I swear you will be relieved from depression as music is all about emotions.
5. It is the duty of an artist to put emotions into the music he plays. Your views about this ?
As I previously said, Music is all about emotions. If you are happy, you automatically play a happy tune on your instrument and if you’re in a sad mood, you’ll definitely play something sad. You need to express your feelings and emotions through music as it adds your own personal touch, to the music you are playing.
6. What constitutes a great live performance in your opinion? Any tips for giving a hit performance on stage?
As a live performer you need to be very cool on stage. Don’t hesitate. Remember on stage you are the only one who is performing and who can entertain the whole audience, so give your 100% with confidence. If you are not enjoying your show then no one will enjoy it.
7. You are given the position of Artistic Director of a concert hall. What would be on your program for this season?
I am a huge fan of ambient music. So, I will definitely arrange an ambient music piece. Even I have my own piano covers ready. And I hope to release them in future with a big music brand.
8. What do you want to convey to the world through your music?
Music is all around us, we just have to listen. I want to express my feelings and emotions through each and every key of my piano.
9. Mention one turning point of your career ? How did you deal with the difficulties then?
At first, I was doing shows with various respected artists but with that I wasn’t making my own identity. After becoming a Youtuber many people started to know that I am a pianist, a music arranger and also a recording engineer. In my 8 years of music career, I have faced a lot of obstacles. But I never gave up on my music and I continued with my work. I have faced a lot of criticism for my work but I have never let that affect my work and my peace of mind.

10. Given a case that you have totally failed to impress the audience what will be your source of motivation for the next show? And how will you deal with the criticism afterwards ?
You cannot impress the whole world with your music and there always going to be some haters. There are two sections of your audience, one who love your work and support you to do more. And the other one will criticize your work. In my opinion second part plays a huge role in helping you to improve your future work. If you don’t taste failure you will never know what success tastes like. I like it when people do criticize for my performance on some healthy levels. This helps me to better my future work. I believe in never giving up and this keeps me going irrespective of any failure or any criticism I face.
