Q) Being from Himachal Pradesh, where there is very little scope of modelling, what prompted you towards it?
A)I always believed in my passion and anything I take up in life, I get fully committed to it. So it was my belief towards my vision that prompted me to go for modelling.
Q) Was there any difficulty you faced when you were preparing for Miss India pageant?
A) Since I was completely new to the pageant, there was one thing that I so was little nervous and not that confident with. It was interaction and communication. But steadily and due to exposure, I have learnt substantially.
Q) How did this pageant happen?
A) After Miss Himachal, I always wanted to prepare myself for Miss India. So I planned accordingly and polished myself to go for it.
Q) Would you want to go ahead in modelling as your career or you have a backup plan?
A) Yes, I would certainly like to go ahead with the glamour industry with all the sides open like modelling, acting etc. I will be happy to do anything that is related to glamour industry as long as it appeals to me.
Q) Who encouraged you the most in your Miss India Journey?
A) My family who has supported me and off course my mentors.
