Meet RITESH ANAND, Founder and Director of Admere Music
Ritesh Anand 23 years founded Admere Music in 2013. He provides platform to aspiring singers and artists so that they can give it a try to fulfill their dreams.
Story Behind Admere Music
It all started with the fall of September, 2011 when I for the first time edited the lyrics of the song – “Phir Suna” by Gajendra Verma and my friends appreciated my work. It was no late when I met a music composer on #Facebook and shared each other’s work via mail and planned to do something new. I never felt low on failing several times and got an opportunity to write a song for a band. In September, 2013 the song got Best Song of the year Award and I had to sell my rights to them. Soon, I got the feeling, “many more must be there who haven’t got the credit they are worth of”, It was then when Admere [LATIN] came up in mind with the meaning “To Get What You Deserve”. Since then I never got the time to sit back and think about what I lost.

Ritesh Anand’s Interview :
1. How did the idea of uplifting the talent in front of everyone clicked you?
Idea of uplifting the talent came when I was stuck in a PG of Kota and trying hard to contact labels and local producers to work on my lyrics. I was getting no reply from labels and local producers asking for 40k to 50k for a song.
Being a student studying in Kota, guys don’t have a thousand in the pocket so paying 40k to 50k for a song wasn’t possible for a middle-class family ward.
Later, I shared the lyrics to a band MUTE from Pakistan for their debut song.
The feeling of not rising by my own efforts made me realize that there must be many souls who might be feeling demoralized every day or feeling somewhere. That’s when the seed of the idea of uplifting artist sowed in my mind.
2. Since how long you had been working on this idea? What is the future plan?
It was in 2013, that Idea staged to birth. Then it went through the experimental stage also. Now the startup focuses on innovating the whole music industry for young and passionate artists. It will also help parents to understand the value of music industry that it is also one of the best platforms to achieve success.
3. You are doing such a great work. You must be getting appraisals for them. What was the best one?
Yes we received appraisals on a daily basis. All are really valuable to us. It feels good when people appreciate your work and bless for success.
“Admere Music provides an amazing service to beginners. It gives us an awesome platform for showcasing our talent to the audience and helping us to work with other artists and making us learn professional work.” – Dr. Rakhi Sharma
4. What difficulties did you face starting with this page?
Initially, the idea was for a band which will feature new artists but getting betrayed led me to band management system, promoting a band Spandan and later Goonj getting a response from my partner made me work alone on promoting single artists on social media platforms, while working on this, innovation of my ideas took place and now I am here with a proper business proposition for Admere Music.
5. How do you reach out to different people? What if they don’t respond?
Reaching out to different artists was not an easy task. People don’t trust new people but somehow it was God’s grace that I had the ability to convince them and they later loved working with us.
6. Few words for the upcoming aspiring singers and artists?
At last, I would just say that your talent is a gift of God. Never waste it. Always work hard and look for the better opportunity than struggling in a never ending queue of competition. There is surely a place for you.
