Things to do after Your COMEDK UGET Results, COMEDK UGET 2017 Admisson Procedure : Stepwise
- Before the document verification, the student first has to register for counselling.
- First, the student has to undergo biometric verification where the student has to verify for signature and photograph.
- Only one person can accompany the student for the Counselling and that person must carry some identity proof like voter ID, aadhar card etc.
- Electronic gadgets are prohibited inside the Counselling centre. Post verification, the registration slip is issued.
- The student has to fill in the demand draft and opt the college/course required. (upto 3 choices are allowed).
- The options entered by the student will be tested for availability based on the merit rank secured and the vacancy of seats in the college. Counselling will be conducted in multiple sessions.
- Each candidate will be notified of a schedule depending on the rank obtained in COMEDK UGET 2017.
- Candidates ranked higher in the merit list will get priority over lower ranked candidates in the Counselling process.
- During counselling the number of seats available for a course or college will be projected and constantly updated on a large screen so that candidates can decide from the remaining seats and colleges.
- After the document verification process is over, the candidate has to submit photo copies of all the essential documents and the demand draft, which should be drawn at any nationalized bank in favor of COMEDK (TAT no.XXXXXX), payable at Bangalore for ‘55,000/-‘
- The remaining balance of tuition fee has to be paid to the college assigned for admission on reporting day.
- After the seat allotment, the candidate has to deposit the draft at the bank and obtain the fee receipt and the allotment letter, containing security features. The candidate must be careful with the allotment letter, because no duplicate will be issued if it is lost or damaged.
List of Documents Required after your COMEDK UGET 2017 Results
Once the results are out, you can download the result sheet from the official COMEDK website. After you download the results, next comes the time to prepare for the Counselling. The counselling for COMEDK is set to begin on June 29th and will be conducted at NMKRV college, Bangalore. Here is a list of documents required for the COMEDK counselling:
- COMEDK UGET admit card.
- COMEDK downloaded rank card.
- Proof of date of birth.
- Photo identity proof ( aadhar card, driving license, passport etc)
- Passing certificate of class 12 or its equivalent qualification.
- Caste certificate.
- Photos of the student.
The students are required to carry the original documents along with attested copies of them. The copies have to be attested by a gazetted officer.

- Allotment letter issued by COMEDK UGET 2017.
- Original documents submitted at the time of verification.
- Transfer certificate issued by the institution previously studied at.
