However, Jio has removed the code for forwarding all calls due to government regulations. Alternatively, you can activate call forwarding via your device’s settings on Android. 

  • Open the “Phone” application on your Android device.
  • Click on the button “3 dots” and then click on “Settings”.
  • Click on the ‘Calling Account” option.
  • Click on the option “Operator-related settings”.
  • Choose the option “Call forwarding”.
  • Click on the option “Voice Call”.
  • Choose the option ‘Always Forward”.
  • Type the 10 digital phone numbers and tap “OK”.
  • Now all incoming calls to your device will be forwarded.

You can disable call forwarding for all incoming calls on Jio through call forwarding deactivate code, which is *402.

Call forwarding can be turned on specifically for situations when your device is not reachable. To do this with Jio, you will need to dial the USDD Code *403*<PhoneNumber>. Follow the below steps to set up call forwarding for unreachable cases. 

  • Locate the Dialer or Phone application on your device.
  • Use the USSD Code *403*<PhoneNumber>. The phone number is the 10-digit number you want calls forwarded to.

Jio call forwarding

  • Click on the “Call” button.
  • Now call forwarding will be enabled on your 10 digital contact numbers for all calls. 

If you want to disable call forwarding in this scenario, you will need to go through the same steps but dial the USSD code, which is *404.

  • Dial USSD Code: **21*<Phone Number>#. Enter 10 digital no on which you wish to forward the call to.

Airtel call forwarding using Codes 

  • Click on the “Call” option.
  • Now call forwarding will be enabled for all incoming calls to your 10 digital contact numbers.
