Code for forwarding all calls:

You will need to dial *401*< Phone Number> to forward all calls on Jio. Use this code to turn on call forwarding on your device. However, Jio has removed the code for forwarding all calls due to government regulations. Alternatively, you can activate call forwarding via your device’s settings on Android. 

• Open the “Phone” application on your Android device.
• Click on the button “3 dots” and then click on “Settings”.
• Click on the ‘Calling Account” option.
• Click on the option “Operator-related settings”.
• Choose the option “Call forwarding”.
• Click on the option “Voice Call”.
• Choose the option ‘Always Forward”.

Code to forward calls when your phone is out of reach:

Call forwarding can be turned on specifically for situations when your device is not reachable. To do this with Jio, you will need to dial the USDD Code *403*<PhoneNumber>. Follow the below steps to set up call forwarding for unreachable cases. 

• Locate the Dialer or Phone application on your device.
• Use the USSD Code *403*<PhoneNumber>. The phone number is the 10-digit number you want calls forwarded to.

• Click on the “Call” button.
• Now call forwarding will be enabled on your 10 digital contact numbers for all calls. 

If you want to disable call forwarding in this scenario, you will need to go through the same steps but dial the USSD code, which is *404. 

Code to forward a call when you’re busy or another call:

In this scenario, you will need to dial *405*<Phone Number>. Here are the steps to enable call forwarding on your device through this code:

• Locate the Dialer or Phone application on your device.
• Use the USSD Code *405*<PhoneNumber>. The phone number is the 10-digit number you want calls forwarded to.

• Click on the “Call” button.

Code to forward calls when your phone is out of reach:

Code to forward calls when you’re busy or another call:

Code to forward calls when you’re not able to pick up:

Call forwarding can be activated for calls on your Airtel network when you’re not able to attend your calls. Call forwarding can be configured to activate after a specific delay, set in 5-second intervals. Use the USSD code: **61*<Phone Number>*#(multiples of fives). For deactivating, dial ##61#
