- If you cancel more than two weeks before your scheduled check-in time or date, you will owe 10% of the total cost.
- If you cancel within 48 hours to two weeks of the check-in date or time, you will forfeit 50% of the total cost.
- Less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date or time, there will be no reimbursement.
- If requested two or more weeks prior to the check-in date or time, one postponement or preponement is free of charge (once postponed/preponed, there is no further alteration or cancellation).
- If requested 48 hours to two weeks before the check-in date or time, 10% of the tariff will be charged.
- If requested within 24 to 48 hours of the check-in date or time, 50% of the price will be charged.
- Nothing changed if requested within 24 hours of check-in.
